Spiritual Israel is something that only a few will declare. It is a far away place that can only be found in the heart. In a sea of faces and fast moving places, we are prone to be involved with everyday cares.

Memories are like shadows that inhabit the past. They flirt, and dart, and lodge deep within where only the bridges of time are the links that bind.

Moving, moving, always in play. Looking through the hourglass of time while never finding the right amount to get it all done. As the grains of sand fall to the ground, our lives are built ‘round the castles that dissolve into more memories that invoke more bridges in time.

Only by adhering to the rock solid foundation that is Christ Jesus that many fear to stand. They run from this truth of dying to self and chase after the things that just won’t endure. Only in Jesus the Christ can they be sure.

Fear is the enemy that lurks within. It roams around like a hungry lion looking for whom to kill. It tries to destroy the past, the present, and the future to come. But its teeth are non binding and falls to the ground.

Some day there will be rest even for the most weary of soul, when all the attacks, the demons, and the shocks will have ceased. No more empire building, fighting, or war. No more division, pollution, or stress. Peace will reign like an iron rod, when the King of Kings will rule the earth.

The bread of life that came down from heaven is the only food that will endure. It is the meat of life that must be ate. The blood of life must be drank for the life is in the blood for the story to be told. The expanse of time is no barrier to this truth.

For even as our bodies grow weary in time, in God’s Kingdom, there is time no more. As our batteries give out on this battleground of life, we are called back home and the statement that you made will be indelible in time, the same time and circumstance that caused many a downfall, will have depleted your human source having died to all. This will give rise to a new life born within when all was laid bare after leaving it all. Leaving behind all the power, religion, and chasing after the wind, looking to when all things become amazingly new.

There is One who sits on the throne who calls out your very name. He waits by and by and no matter what you endure, He invites you to take a drink from His river of life. It’s an eternal fountain sparkling and new. There is no time involved and it’s absolutely free. It has healing power that’s born deep from within. It’s situated in a land, a kingdom, an eternity that becomes new and never grows old.

A person has to die to self, to power and fame. It’s a narrow road that must be endured. Like a dark tunnel there is a light at the end. Never give up, lose hope or despair. Even when all things seem lost will you truly know – that you were brought through time to give you a new home…

This is not Replacement theology. The “Church” did not replace Israel. Spiritual Israel was “translated” from the old to the new. From the physical to the spiritual. The temple is now within.
