Prophetic Update 9-7-10
You know, there's a lot of hurting people out there. If you're one of those hurting people - this message is for you. Only when you have nothing to lose can you truly be free.
A lot of people will invariably ask - who cares, why care, and what does it all mean? In this age of technology, art and enlightenment, what's the point? When all seems just an exercise in the pursuit of enjoyment - why bother to figure it all out? With the left/right paradigm of Politics and Religious denominational "isms " all running around claiming to the one true God - why pay attention?
Life is but a puff of smoke, here one day and gone the next. Even the people in their 70's and 80's never thought life (death) would catch up to them. The dichotomy between life and death is a never ending cycle of maturity. But maturity to what? To self? To pleasure? To making a name and retirement? The world sits on the crevice to oblivion. With the national debt impossible to pay, loss of jobs, outsourcing of manpower, international greed, the prospect of world conflict hangs in the air like a bad cold that won't go away.
Empires come and empires go. Even with good intentions and leaders who will gain your confidence "con men"; it was all predicted to go this way long ago. If only people would wake up and stop trying to build their little pyramids to self, family, or friends. It's all dust in the wind... Everyone wants to be right, to get ahead and enjoy their life. A caste system is built up on money, position, titles, and power. And it never ends (or until a person dies).
Life really is just a brief interlude to death.
And what about all the people who don't enjoy life? They struggle every day just to stay alive, who are fighting bad health, economic worries and stress... They know that on this side of the television screen they'll never get to be a movie star or rock singer or beautiful person who drives a new Beamer or lives in a fabulous house. They could be someone who faces foreclosure, a mountain of bills and the strain of pain.
KNOW THIS - that your day of redemption is coming. Your day of salvation draws near in this temporal mode. Even in this day of world distress, having given all, having believed all, having hoped all, you are not forgotten. You will have fought the good fight even till the death and overcame. You were left in the battle to fight. To do your part, to go THROUGH the storm when the waters reached up to your neck. You overcame and were faithful even to the death. It is what you believe and who you follow in spirit that will make you free.
Only the one true God Jesus Christ can and will do that for you. When you lost all, you will have gained all.
So when the entire world builds its little pyramids to self, power and prestige, God has His Mountain that is built on the Rock. Not the sands of time or the efforts of man, but by the power of His Word. Nothing will be able to move this Rock of truth. No bail outs, change artists, politicians or fame.
Because in the end - the meek shall inherit the earth.
Everything else is dust in the wind.
Prophetic Update:
The whole world has it wrong and will soon self destruct. The world will never save itself. It's already been predicted. Conspiracy no, prophecy - yes. Those who worship Jesus Christ must do so in spirit and truth. No one can put new wine in old wine skins (bottles). It must be new wine in new spiritual containers in spiritual temples.
The Political/Religious structure with all her Babylonian daughters will soon morph back into its original host in Jerusalem. America will be judged. If you have not come out of this construct (structure) of Church and State; you will be judged with her plagues. Just like the original Egypt that was judged many years ago, the same rules apply. You will either be part of the problem or part of the solution. The solution being Jesus Christ who calls you out into the wilderness as a "called out" assembly of believers who will risk it all, walk away from it all and never look back. You will be ridiculed, mocked and hated for the Gospel's sake. But in the end you will be given a new garment to wear to the wedding feast of the Lamb. Every tear shall be wiped away and all things will become new.
There will be a reunion because with God all things are possible. God is saving His best wine for last.
Are you ready to die to self that you might live?
