Editors Note: A quote was recently heard which outlines very succinctly the description of the times in which we live. Remember, there are societal, spiritual, and social forces in play where whether a person admits to it or not; are very real. Here is the quote: “It is not men’s consciousness that determines their existence but, on the contrary- it is their social existence that determines their consciousness” (i.e. Dialectical Materialism).

Now for the exposé: 

Sometimes you have to take stock on the important things in life. The world hurtles headlong into the arms of self improvement, personal satiation, goal setting and individual attainment. This is all for naught however, since it is the fear of loss that is the key motivator that most people won't ever admit to. It's the aggrandizing self motivating anesthetized withdrawal syndrome into escapism and hyper flicker rate entertainment that captivates the masses and ultimately will spell their demise.

Oil and water don't mix.

Ever wonder why the remnant of God abhor and detest the things of the world and the world will abhor and detest the things of the remnant of God? It is because the two don't mix (and never will).

Many so called Christians will vehemently believe and attest to the tenets of their faith, their Church, their familial blood lineage while being completely oblivious to themselves being caught in a fishbowl all going in the same direction. The irony being that they claim "many pathways to God" or our corporate Church is the “true faith". No wonder so many non Christians don’t ever want to have anything to do with it. How sad.

Do you want to know what a true Christian is? It is a person who has left friends, family, organizations (of the world) and has died to self. You will be an outcast, sneered at and shunned.

The world "system" is a mindset, a collective conforming groupthink that is so subtle, so pervasive, so insidious that the vast majority of its good intentioned practitioners will never know how thoroughly they have been indoctrinated (until it is too late). By that time like the Word says "the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service". Killing by the way can be literal or metaphoric. It just all depends on the intent... Why? Because you can kill a person in so many different ways.

So what actually happens when you detach your heart and mind from the conformity of the world and it's warm and fuzzy let's all hug & get along collective mantra where television is pleasure, entertainment is coveted, and success is measured in control?

Answer: every heartbeat that beats in your heart beats for God. Jesus Christ (God) had nothing in this world that the world considered success. The world considered him nothing and yet he was, is, and shall be everything.

The world is full of hypocrites (stage actors) who consider foul, crude, rude behavior de rigueur (normal). Everyone laughs and smiles. God says they honor me with their lips but their hearts are far from me. They endeavor to build their barns bigger to hold more of their success.

God says: You hypocrites. You fools. When the storms come, when the rains rage, when the terror begins, I will not hear your cries, I will not heal your land. Your tears and cries will not be heard. You will find no refuge. Sorrow will be your only comfort.

The world system with the false accepted Church that has shunned God with their sanctimonious conformity to the world and has stifled his true prophets will finally come in to account for her sins. The sin of false worship will have come to a full. Guilt by association will be no excuse. All the multitudes who have not heeded the admonishment to come out of her will be partakers of her sins and on the receiving end of her plagues.

God will cleanse the world of her wickedness, her denial, her sins. The meek shall inherit the earth. The Lord shall fill the earth with his glory. The hills shall sing and the rocks shall shout out with joy the majesty of our King on high.

And as for the roaring lion that goes about seeking whom he may devour?

He and all his cubs are just a bunch of paper tigers...
